Position Summary

Our lab performs research on Algal Biotechnology and Synthetic Biology. I am seeking overseas students and postdoc scholars at Master, PhD and postdoctoral levels to prepare for microalgal and cyanobacterial expression of proteins, establish genome-scale cell models, pull-down experiments, LC/MS-mass spectrometry, extraction of pigments/proteins, wastewater treatment and soil bioremediation.


Requirements and Experience:

Major in Biotechnology; Bioengineering; Plant Science; Biochemistry; or Biophysics. Experience with algae is a plus.
Applicants must be able to work effectively in a team environment, must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and must be able to lead and publish high quality research.
